Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with the terms outlined below and are subject to the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.

1. Cancellation by Members

  • 48 Hours or Less Before Departure: No refund will be issued.
  • 3 Days or More Before Departure: 50% of the booking amount is reusable; the remaining is non-refundable.
  • 7 Days or More Before Departure: 30% of the booking amount is reusable; the remaining is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation on the Day of Departure

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure date.

3. Trip Abandonment

  • If a participant leaves the trip at any stage for any reason, no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations by the Company

  • In the event the company cancels a trip, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Advance payments made to third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, transport providers) are non-refundable unless recoverable from the service provider.
  • The company is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure circumstances.

By booking a trip with Tour Edge, participants agree to the above terms and conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood the refund policy.
